Firebrick is typically shipped no farther than 500 miles. For long-distance shipments, such as across the country, some bricks may arrive cracked. To minimize damage, the bricks are stacked carefully and tightly wrapped.

WHERE TO BUY FIRE BRICK - LOCALLY!

We want you to be able to build the best  product or DIY brick fire pit for the least amount of money.  Therefore, we have created America's largest list of brick & mortar locations where you can find refractory brick and fire brick for sale.  Not only do they carry fire pit bricks and brick splits, but you can also get all (or most) of the refractory materials that are needed to build a BrickWood Ovens brand of !

Please visit our  page and select "Landscape / Masonry Supply".  This will provide a list of Mom & Pop Landscape Supply and Masonry Supply stores that sell fire bricks for fire pit and fire bricks for pizza oven at a very reasonable price!  Usually around $2.50 per firebrick.  (200 Firebrick x $2.50 = $500)

If you are unable to find any fire bricks at those locations, go back to the  page and select "Refractory Materials Dealer".  You will now see a new list of Refractory Dealers and Manufacturers that sell refractory brick (and high-temp mortar, blanket, etc..) - but it's typically more expensive than the identical fire brick from the landscape & masonry supply stores with the average price clocking in at $4.50 per firebrick  (200 Firebrick x $4.50 = $900)
